Anderson Quigley is currently working with a Higher Education Provider to identify an interim Director of IT Projects. This is an interim opportunity for approximately 6 -12 months.
Reporting to the CIO, you will have ultimate responsibility for the successful leadership of the Project delivery team comprising circa 8 members. You will drive and monitor the IT project pipeline while leading and mentoring your team to deliver consistent results. You’ll be responsible for project governance and be a diplomatic decision maker. The recent strategy includes a set of very major initiatives which will transform the University. You must be able to demonstrate high level interpersonal skills, tact and be able to communicate clearly with your team, staff, students and stakeholders from a diverse range of cultural and educational backgrounds.
This role is to (a) lead the portfolio of major “IT” projects and (b) support the CIO as part of the IT senior management team.

We are looking for a leader who has Technology project delivery skills from the public sector, ideally from Higher Education.
