Lead Business Analyst, UK University

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who can build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery?

I am working with a University in the North who is looking to identify an experienced Business Analyst to assist them in the early stages of procuring a new CRM system. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the university though the business requirements stage. You will be responsible for analysing and documenting as-is and to-be business processes. As well as, leading and facilitating business process improvement activities to gather and document business requirements and translate them into detailed design documents. You will be responsible for designing and delivering fit for purpose business processes in line with the universities vision. As the successful candidate you will be skilled at seeing both the overall picture and understanding processes at a granular level.

I am looking for an innovative candidate who can engage with subject matter experts, and the wider programme team, to enable successful transition of the new system into business as usual. If you work at pace, have excellent communication skills, have an ability to confidently use data to understand and evidence requirements, I would like to hear from you.
