Anderson Quigley is looking for an Interim Head of HR Systems for c.4 months for a Midlands University, to start in Mid-January 2023. This could be remunerated on either a salaried basis or a day-rate, and will likely require hybrid working of 1-2 days on-site per week (expenses could be considered).
The ideal candidate will have experience in systems and supplier management (specifically Access Group and Stonefish), and be proficient in reporting using Business Objects and PowerBI. The university is currently working on a digital employee experience project, and the successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to and embedding Microsoft Viva within their organisation. Additionally, the candidate should be able to help the university embed Top Desk and migrate from an in-box-based process to a more service management-focused approach.
Experience in HR data management and BI (specifically Business Objects) and leadership of HR Systems teams within Higher Education is essential to this role.
