Richard leads a portfolio of work for commercial education and training providers, international education-related businesses, and industry-facing research and tech transfer organisations.
Over almost two decades in executive search, he has partnered with public and private universities, research and technology organisations, tech transfer offices, spinout companies, research councils, international pathway and ELT providers, online programme managers, and EdTech businesses, many backed by private equity; he has appointed Chairs, Board Members, Chief Executives and wider C-Suite, Vice-Chancellors, Deputy and Pro Vice-Chancellors, and Directors of Professional Services.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring less-visited foreign countries, maintaining his eclectic fleet of classic vehicles, and spending lots of time with his emotionally dependent dog.
Richard has an MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
