Patrick has over a decade of experience working within marketing and communications in professional services, over the last six years focussing solely on Executive Recruitment and Leadership Consultancy. He is an advocate for social change and passionate about creating partnerships with other organisations, working in collaboration on action-led initiatives that have positive outcomes for society.
Patrick has taken part in a mentoring programme for a number of years, supporting early career marketers to develop and advance in their field. Patrick joined AQ in 2024 to lead our marketing and communications team; his focus will support further growth of the AQ brand, delivering marcoms activity to support our team, our clients and our candidates.
