With ten years’ experience working in executive search and a previous 15-year career spanning marketing, licensing and commercial leadership within the publishing and entertainment sectors, Nicki brings a broad experience within commercial environments. Her experience in large multinational organisations, such as Penguin Books, The Walt Disney Company and then DreamWorks Animation, has equipped her with a strong strategic and operational skill set, enabling her to build high-performing teams, develop effective processes and create exceptional experiences for clients and candidates alike.
As one of the founders of Anderson Quigley, Nicki has helped grow the business from an idea around a kitchen table into an award-winning executive search and leadership advisory firm. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategy, culture and candidate and client experience; working closely with colleagues across the business she ensures AQ delivers a consistently high standard of service, and the organisation is built around a culture and environment where people can thrive.
Outside of Anderson Quigley, Nicki is a Trustee for a multi-academy trust in south-west London and the Chair of a local academy board she also volunteers as a business mentor with Young Enterprise. These roles allow her to apply her commercial expertise in different settings while broadening her understanding of the education sector and leadership in practice.
Describing herself as resourceful, resilient and positive, Nicki enjoys creating and restoring interiors in her spare time. Whether teaching herself upholstery, trying her hand at furniture making or planning her next renovation project, she brings the same creativity and determination to her hobbies as she does to leading Anderson Quigley.
