John Laycock spoke with HR News about new research of 574 UK senior managers has revealed that nearly one in six plan to quit their jobs within the next year.
He says, “From so many resignations has also come a parallel boom in vacancies, and across several sectors it’s now a jobseekers’ market. With so many lucrative opportunities at hand, workers are feeling empowered to reflect on their priorities and seek positions that make them feel more valued and challenged.”
