Providing interim management support to our schools and FE clients

We’re delighted to announce another new hire, who will provide additional support to our schools and further education teams, highlighting our dedication and commitment to the education sector. This comes after our recent announcement of three hires within the same teams.

Paul Horgan joins us as a Partner, a skilled interim recruiter with over 30 years’ experience recruiting executive and senior management positions within the education sector, most notably in the schools and academies arenas, but also in further and higher education.

There are unique recruitment challenges facing schools and further education institutions, which means a greater need for talent with a wide range and depth of experience to help transformational projects. With Paul’s knowledge of the schools and further education institutions – as well as being a qualified secondary teacher – we are now perfectly placed to provide a full executive search offering, whether that be permanent, interim or Board levels positions.
