Speaking with CIO UK&I, Grace Tattersall shared about her career in recruitment and what she believes the future could look like for women in tech.
She said, “The next ten years could look the same as the last ten if nothing is done. We need to see more women gaining access to senior tech leadership roles. To achieve this, we’re going to need better support, more allies (both male and female) and inspiring leaders to achieve a momentum that will truly take on a life of its own.”
