We’re delighted to host our annual networking event tailored to the interim management market. This event is for our interim candidates and clients to join us to connect with the AQ team in person, make new connections, share experiences and gain valuable insights.

Our interim team has grown since last years’ event, so we will take this opportunity to introduce you to the new members of the team and the new sectors we support – health and social care, schools and further education – providing some short updates on current and future sector market trends.

Guest speaker: Milly Camley, CEO of The Institute for Turnaround (The IFT) – The (current) Life and Times of a Transformation Director

We’re thrilled to be joined this year by Milly Camley, CEO of The Institute for Turnaround (The IFT), a leading membership organisation which accredits and supports professionals (independent directors and interims, advisers, lawyers and funders) working with businesses to help them overcome challenges.

Milly will provide a short introduction of The IFT and discuss what they are seeing in the market in terms of demand for turnaround skills across sectors and job roles, the value provided by turnaround directors, and what skills are required for becoming an interim in the current market. She will also cover some of the recent findings of IFT research on operational turnaround and transformation, including insights relevant for public sector bodies like the NHS.

If you’d like to find out more about The IFT ahead of the event, you can visit their website (here) and you can also access their latest 2023-24 Societal Impact Report: Planning for a brighter future (here).
