At AQ, we have a commitment to career development and a working environment that empowers and enables our team to flourish professionally and personally, and we are thrilled to share that we began 2025 with four promotions in our team in the marketing, finance, and business support departments.
Kate Vickery was promoted from PA Project Coordinator to Executive Assistant.
Kate joined AQ in the middle of COVID-19 as a temp supporting the business support team and interim after working as a Recruitment Consultant, fulfilling end-to-end recruitment programmes for high volume customer service and sales roles in the public and private sectors in New Zealand. She moved to her permanent role with us four years ago and now leads the Interim administration, manages a highly important compliance process, and ensures our interim and occasionally permanent clients and candidates are well taken care of.
Nicole Nadler was promoted from Social Media Manager to Digital Marketing Manager.
Nicole joined AQ three years ago to support with our social media presence and output and, over the years, has expanded her skills and expertise, developing her responsibilities to support the business with a far wider digital and marketing remit and has helped transform our digital footprint, as well as supporting on wider content and PR activity, marketing projects and events.
Laura Kenny was promoted from Finance Assistant to Finance Manager.
Joining AQ just over 18 months ago, with previous experience in bookkeeping, business partnering, financial analysis and management accounting, Laura’s finance assistant role very quickly grew as she showed her exceptional talent and skills with our finance systems. She has set up key financial processes that have transformed our financial management and bookkeeping and has secured several good supplier relationships and set up accounts that have streamlined many processes.
Jess Entwistle was promoted from Executive Assistant to Head of Business Services.
Jess joined AQ in 2022 after working in administrative roles and spending five years working in the education sector, where she supported the Headteacher and managed student admissions of a high-achieving independent school in London. Jess joined the Anderson Quigley team in August 2022 to work as an Executive Assistant supporting the higher education practice. She quickly mastered our admin processes and took over line management and wider corporate project responsibilities, including managing our candidate GDPR monitoring and new team member onboarding and training. Jess will now lead the business support team, continuing to focus on her day-to-day work as well as guiding the development of AQ’s administration functions as we grow.
