Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a leading professional membership organisation who are looking to appoint a L&D Business Development Lead.

The organisation has invested heavily in its Learning & Development offer, delivering a fully digital training and education platform to over 200,000 members. The portfolio includes CPD programmes, accredited training, diplomas, micro-credentials, and lifelong learning pathways, using AI where appropriate. The L&D team continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of both individuals and firms.
This newly created role will focus on expanding the organisationโs B2B presence and developing firm-level offers.

– Leading business development activity with firms and other professional organisations.
– Building and nurturing strategic client relationships.
– Driving product development to enhance and diversify the current portfolio.
– Undertaking competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
– Working across the wider L&D team by identifying and developing innovative training products, helping to ensure the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of clients.

The successful candidate will ideally have:-
– Experience working within the legal sector or in the education sector.
– A proven track record of B2B business development.
– Experience in product developmentโenhancing existing portfolios and introducing new offers.
– The ability to work independently, operate at a senior level, and deliver impact quickly.
You would be entering an organisation which prides itself in being supportive and collaborative, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with the right skills who may be joining from outside the sector.
