About the Role
Our charity client is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to join their Transformation team and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic programmes.
This interim role offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior leaders, shape programme delivery standards, and drive governance excellence in a values-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery Support
- Partner with Programme Manager to maintain integrated delivery plans.
- Lead RAID management with clear analysis and escalation.
- Provide assurance to delivery teams on planning, benefits tracking, and milestone realism.
- Coordinate programme reviews and readiness assessments.
Governance and Reporting
- Own the programme dashboard and reporting cadence.
- Prepare board papers, decision logs, and tailored communications for senior stakeholders.
- Support governance forums including Portfolio Board and Executive Team.
Financial and Resource Oversight
- Monitor programme budget and resource profile in collaboration with Finance.
- Analyse spend vs. benefit delivery to support prioritisation.
Centre of Excellence
- Develop and embed delivery standards, tools, and templates.
- Coach colleagues and uplift delivery capability across the organisation.
- Deputise for Programme Manager and contribute to cross-cutting initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills and confidence in managing RAID, governance, and reporting.
