Location: Hybrid (with regular travel to London)

Contract: Fixed-term (12 months)

Are you a strategic programme leader with a passion for delivering impactful, user-focused technology solutions? We’re looking for an Interim Business Systems Programme Manager to lead a major transformation programme at a national charity.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the implementation and integration of several core business systems, including case management, housing and rent, finance, learning, and recruitment platforms. You’ll bring strong programme leadership, hands-on architecture experience, and a collaborative approach to delivering change that works for people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a strategic programme to modernise and integrate business-critical systems
• Supporting project leads with best practice in implementation, testing, and user engagement
• Ensuring systems are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational needs
• Overseeing data integration and interoperability across platforms
• Engaging stakeholders across the organisation to ensure successful adoption and change
