Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with GirlGuiding on this programme of work, to deliver impactful digital transformation projects to their users and volunteers. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to join a dynamic team delivering meaningful change across a national programme for GirlGuiding.

Girlguiding is the UK’s largest youth organisation dedicated completely to girls. They believe Girls can do anything. They help them know that, whether they’re 4 or 18 or in between.

This programme will help shape new process and deliver a new product to elevate user experience across their volunteer family.

About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of a major digital transformation programme. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

You’ll be responsible for fostering Agile practices, removing delivery blockers, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, evolving environment.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support SCRUM teams in delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process optimisation.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering complex digital projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confident problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly in a change-heavy environment.
  • Experience working with external providers and blended delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Understanding of data protection, cyber security, and inclusive working practices.

Desirable

  • Experience in user-centred design environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting tools.
  • Experience of working with volunteers and non-profits would be advantageous.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team shaping the future of digital delivery for GirlGuiding.

The closing date for applications is 15th June 2025.
