Anderson Quigley is looking for an experienced Test Services Manager to lead and evolve our clients Test/QA function as part of their IT Operations leadership team. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, this is a key senior role with responsibility for shaping strategy, driving delivery, and developing a high-performing test team to support both current and future organisational needs.

You’ll bring hands-on expertise across testing disciplines, including automation and performance testing, and have a proven track record of building frameworks, uplifting quality standards, and championing continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a skilled, agile test team
  • Define and deliver testing strategy across projects and BAU
  • Embed robust QA practices, governance, and tools
  • Drive process improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions

 What we’re looking for:

  • Strong leadership experience in testing and QA
  • Deep understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Proven track record in implementing test automation
  • ISEB/ISTQB Foundation (minimum)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Advanced ISTQB certifications, ITIL Foundation
  • Knowledge of Sitecore, D365, Azure DevOps, JIRA
  • Experience with risk-based testing and project management
