We have an exciting opportunity for one individual to join us as Associate Non-Executive Director. An active participant at Board meetings, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the organisation, ensuring continued performance of the Trust working with its partners to deliver compassionate care and wellbeing for all deliver world-class health and social care and improve wellbeing for our local population.

We are seeking an experienced individual who can bring their insights from delivering high quality services within tight budgetary constraints to our Board discussions. A keen understanding of consumer needs and a passion for driving efficiency through innovative digital solutions would also be helpful.

Ideal candidates will possess board experience, whether as an Executive or Non-Executive Director, and will thrive in complex environments. Your proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will showcase your versatile communication skills.
