Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for planning NHS services for a population of 2.7m people. We are seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our mission and offers a significant opportunity to positively impact the health and wellbeing of local residents and our workforce. With a partnership workforce of over 80,000 staff the CPO plays a critical role in delivering the Long Term workforce plan through engagement with the Higher Education sector to expand training places and ensure students have a positive experience. As a key (non-voting) member of our Board, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the ICB’s People and Culture strategy, sharing a corporate responsibility for the development and delivery of wider strategies and plans.
