Anderson Quigley are delighted to be working alongside a large research charity to appoint an ERP Programme Director on a two year fixed term contract, with flexible hybrid working and an excellent salary on offer of up to £100K.

The charity are seeking a highly experienced Programme Director to lead the design and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. We are looking to speak to programme leaders that have delivered multiple organisational transformations through the successful adoption of best practice processes and ways of working enabled by the ERP.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this individual will work across the organisation to design the programme and deliver the transition to a new cloud-based system. Taking responsibility for the success of the programme, ensuring that the programme benefits are realised through adoption of new ways of working, process and systems as well as ensuring the programme is delivered to time and to budget.

Key experience required for this position includes the following:

  • Experience in leading successful ERP programmes from start to finish (more than one) as a Programme lead.
  • Experience of delivering benefits through adopting change management approaches
  • Experience service management design and delivery
  • Experience of leading both Digital and Business transformation programmes
  • Experience of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisations
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multiple complex, multi-year ERP implementations
  • Knowledge of Service Management and Enterprise architecture in the context of ERP
  • Understanding of process redesign, business and data analysis, security in context of ERP
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team and experience of leading matrix managed teams
  • Ability to co-ordinate the different levels of architecture needed to underpin a successful ERP system Business, Data, Systems etc
