We are delighted to be working with a world class research institution who are looking for an interim Service Lead – Hub on a 12-month contract. Key to this role will be experience of leading and designing a shared service hub and creating a customer services desk focused on transactional areas such as finance, HR and IT. Your responsibilities will include designing an online portal and implementing processes and structures to support the change programme at the institution.
The successful candidate will be credible in front of directors and have strong management skills to lead on the development of a new team. You will have an aptitude for detail and will be able to oversee all aspects of the shared service hub.
This role offers hybrid working with offices in London.
