We have created a new Head of Operations role to implement and deliver the operations strategy. This role will contribute to our continuing success with a focus on driving consistency and excellent customer service across our iconic theatre group. We are looking for an engaging individual who loves problem solving and will enjoy taking our already great service to the next level.

If you have significant management experience in a complex arts or entertainment organisation, preferably theatre, and bring a strong track record of positively managing change to achieve excellent service delivery, we would love to hear from you.
