As QVH enters an exciting new chapter in its history, the Trust are seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO), to lead the workforce and organisational development functions, ensuring that they serve the needs of clinical and non-clinical departments across the Trust and work in collaboration with staff and staff representatives. Maintaining a fully engaged and supported, well-motivated, highly skilled, and high-performing workforce, the CPO will transform the workforce to ensure it is fit for the future, while fostering the best aspects of QVH’s organisational culture, specifically compassion, inclusivity, and fairness.
Ambitious, highly visible, engaging, you will easily demonstrate your track record of success in delivering a programme of organisational development initiatives, designed to shape an organisations culture.
