To help us deliver our vision, we are looking for big picture visionaries who have a desire to look at education through a fresh lens.

At London Park Schools, we believe in fresh thinking and a new approach to education.

We’re challenging outdated ideas to build a new and better way to inspire and engage young people.

We’re championing a new generation of young thinkers, helping them enter the world as global citizens, thoughtful, articulate and kind.

Learn Like a Londoner

If you’re someone who believes in the power of experiential, expansive more personal education – and is brimming with ideas – come and see how we can help you bring yours to life.

Our LPS Values – The Four Cs of Success

Our ‘Four Cs of Success’ – Creativity, Compassion, Collaboration and Courage, are embedded across all that we do – whether that’s in the classroom, the staffroom or the sportsfield. They are a shared ethos, uniting students, staff, and the wider community.

Creativity

Creativity thrives in every corner of London Park Schools, inspiring innovation and originality in both teaching and learning. For students, creativity is about exploring their unique talents, solving problems in fresh ways, and thinking beyond conventional boundaries. For staff, creativity underpins teaching approaches, curriculum design, and pastoral care and fostering an environment where curiosity and experimentation are celebrated.

Courage

Courage empowers every member of our community to embrace challenges and take bold steps forward. Students are encouraged to push their boundaries, and staff are encouraged to model resilience and openness—adapting to change, trying innovative teaching strategies, and fostering a culture where feedback and growth are valued.

Compassion

Compassion and care is the golden thread that runs through everything. Students learn the importance of empathy and kindness, participating in community service projects, supporting their peers, and contributing to a culture of care and inclusion. Staff lead by example, nurturing each child’s individual needs and fostering a supportive environment for both colleagues and students. Compassion extends beyond the classroom, influencing how the schools engage with parents, the local community, and global issues.

Collaboration

Collaboration is essential in a connected and interdependent world. Students experience teamwork in lessons, sports, performances, and group projects, learning to communiate effectively, lead and cooperate. We think of ourselves as a team, and staff work together, supporting each other and sharing best practices, planning cross-curricular initiatives. This collective effort strengthens the sense of community and shared purpose.

A Unifying Framework

The Four Cs provide a unifying framework for life at LPS. By living these values every day, students and staff contribute to an environment where innovation, empathy, and excellence are valued and encouraged.

Learn Like a Londoner

“Learn Like a Londoner” expresses what unites every London Park School both in setting but more importantly, in attitude and approach – ie. : education that is modern, connected, experiential, and values-driven — shaped by the city, small in scale but big in opportunity. All of the LPS schools use Learn Like a Londoner as their campaign banner, then flex content and imagery to express how they interpret it — through their setting, structure, and spirit.

Our four London Park schools

About LPS Mayfair

London Park School Mayfair is a modern, independent day school for students aged 11 to 16, located in one of London’s most iconic settings 106 Piccadilly, a stunning Grade I-listed townhouse overlooking Green Park. The school opened its doors with a bold vision: to provide a smaller, more personal educational experience that celebrates individuality, cultivates curiosity and prepares young people to thrive in a fast-changing world.

At the heart of Mayfair’s cultural and intellectual landscape, the school draws inspiration from its surroundings museums, galleries, embassies, theatres, universities and businesses all within walking distance. Students benefit from an education that extends far beyond the classroom, learning from the people, ideas and opportunities that make London one of the world’s great cities.

London Park School Mayfair belongs to the wider London Park Schools group, founded on the principle of “smaller schools for bigger thinking.” Each school within the group offers a close-knit, inclusive community where every pupil is known, supported and challenged. The Mayfair campus embodies these values: a warm, collaborative atmosphere where academic ambition and wellbeing go hand in hand.

Teaching and learning at London Park School Mayfair combine intellectual rigour with creativity and independence of thought. Students are encouraged to question, to explore and to make connections between subjects, cultures and experiences. The curriculum is forward-looking and globally minded, equipping pupils with the skills and confidence to engage thoughtfully with the world around them.

The school’s ethos is underpinned by three core beliefs:

  • Every student should be seen and heard. Individuality is celebrated, and pastoral care is personal and responsive.
  • Learning should be purposeful and connected. Lessons link knowledge to real-world contexts, helping students understand how their learning shapes their future.
  • Education should build character as well as intellect. Students are encouraged to be kind, resilient, curious and open-minded traits that define both strong learners and good citizens.

As part of a growing, forward-thinking educational group, London Park School Mayfair combines the best of tradition with the energy and innovation of a new generation of independent schools. It is a place where students learn like Londonersconfidently, creatively and with a global outlook.

Working at LPS Mayfair is a wonderful opportunity to be part of something different and to embrace all that London has to offer. We are based in a beautiful Grade 1 listed buliding steeped in history and are located in Piccadilly, opposite Green Park and a short stroll from the vibrant museums, galleries and iconic buildings that make London such an exciting place to live study, and work.

Our staff, like our students, embody and reflect London at its best; we are diverse, openminded and forward-thinking and a melting pot of the many nationalities that are proud to call London ‘home’. As such, new ideas abound and there are many opportunities to embrace and trial different ways to engage and enthuse, whether that’s exploring the impact of biophilia or recognising that different styles of learning suit different students.

LPS Mayfair is the home of both day and Hybrid students and all students move on seamlessly to LPS Sixth, a short walk from Victoria station where they are joined by students from LPS Clapham and other schools.

About LPS Sixth

LPS Sixth is the dedicated 16-18 Sixth Form of the London Park Schools group, located a short walk from Victoria Station in central London.

With the ethos of “smaller schools for bigger thinking”, the Sixth Form offers students the best of both worlds: the independence and opportunity of a Sixth Form environment, combined with the personalised care and connection more typically found in a smaller school community.

Key Features & Offerings

  • Flexible & Tailored Pathways: Students benefit from the “London Pathways” model customised A-Level combinations aligned to individual aspirations and the “Flexi-Sixth” option, which allows a mix of online and in-school study where appropriate.
  • Enrichment & Leadership: The “London Leaders Programme” fosters confidence, leadership skills and real-world experience beyond academic study. Students also undertake opportunities such as the EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) and are encouraged to explore broader cultural and global contexts.

LPS Sixth believes in beginning with the person, not the subject. It aims to develop young adults who are academically excellent, morally grounded, curious, confident and ready for the world. The teaching and pastoral care reflect this: rigorous yet flexible, ambitious yet personalised.

About Hybrid @ LPS

Hybrid @ LPS is an innovative 11-16 co-educational day school stream, part of the London Park Schools group, Launched in September 2024, it offers a flexible and forward-looking model of education: four days of live online teaching combined with one immersive day in school each week.

Model & Curriculum

  • Students follow the same 11–16 curriculum as their peers at LPS Mayfair, ensuring parity of academic standard and progression.
  • The in-school day is focused on practical, hands-on subjects and collaborative learning: for example sport, science labs, art and drama.
  • Class sizes are small to support engagement, personalised feedback and a strong sense of community.
  • The online days are structured live lessons, keeping students connected, accountable and supported via a virtual community.
  • The model is especially attractive to students who benefit from flexible learning scheduleswhether through commuting constraints, independent learning preference, or particular learning styles.
  • Pastoral care is built in: tutors check in online, there is a weekly in-school tutor meeting, and access to specialist support (learning enrichment, counselling) ensures students are well‐supported despite the hybrid format.

About LPS Clapham

From new science labs, DT and art studios and collaborative workspaces, our school is filled with everything students need to be as creative as possible. As a relatively new and deliberately smaller school, we focus on a more personal approach and rich, diverse, and exciting experiences.

Our school is happy and dynamic, and the educational experience is both warm and aspirational, coupled with an emphasis on the human skills needed to thrive in 21st century life: teamwork, creativity, innovation leadership and critical thinking. Students take a broad range of GCSEs before moving on seamlessly to LPS Sixth.

Dukes Education

What is Dukes Education?

Dukes Education is a family of nurseries, schools, and colleges in the UK and Europe. Surrounding our schools, we also have a collection of complementary education offerings – day camps, summer schools, and university application consultancies. This way, we create a wrap-around experience for every family that joins us, not just in school time, but beyond the classroom as well.

We are highly selective about which schools and organisations join Dukes Education. Our family is small and close-knit. We carefully curate it to make sure we have harmony among our teams. This is why we place such an emphasis on our values. Being part of the Dukes Education family means we can all come together to share experience and expertise, supporting each other to achieve the extraordinary. We bring people together who do different things in education, but we want them to learn from each other. So we need to know that they have their hearts and minds in the right place. When we meet educators with this magic combination, we know they’re a good fit for Dukes Education.

There’s power in the collective. Our results are outstanding, but there’s more to us than that. Our students benefit from the constant sharing of best practice among our schools, and the stringent standards held to by a wide team of senior leaders who, combined, have an exceptional record of experience and expertise in education. Students develop culturally and socially, as well as academically, enjoying a well-rounded education full of fun and laughter. We work hard to help every child find something that fulfils them – to find their extraordinary – the thing only they can contribute to the world.

While our schools have different characters, they’re all examples of outstanding quality in their fields. Cardiff Sixth Form College is unmatched in the world for A-level results; Hampstead Fine Arts College is widely considered as London’s leading Art school, and the Value Add in many of our schools is outstanding: for example, Rochester Independent College continues to be ranked in the top percentages in England, while Earlscliffe is one of the leading independent schools in Kent. Looking at GSCEs, Sancton Wood’s GCSE cohort achieved an impressive 100% of 4-9 grades, while 50% of these results were awarded grades 7, 8, and 9 (the equivalent of the old A and above). These are just a few examples of the high calibre of our member schools.

A message from our Founder

“In 2015, I founded Dukes Education. The beginning of the Dukes Education story is simple. I wanted to do something I love, and I love developing young people.

I’ve been inspired by many individuals throughout my involvement in finance, the military, and sport. Growing up with dyslexia meant I had to find my own way to succeed – but the encouragement and support of my family and school was crucial. I wanted to give others the chance to be successful against the odds and in the face of obstacles.

On every publication, email, or letter from Dukes Education, you will see a small crown next to our name. When Dukes Education began, we decided to use a sign that expressed everything we wanted the company to be. The Dukes Education crown symbolises our ambition to be at the absolute top of the education sector – a mark of recognised quality. It also symbolises the ambition of our students and parents. They come to us for schooling, guidance, and expertise because, in their own way, they want to build a ‘crown’ of achievement themselves. Our mission is to be the best at helping them to do this. Everything we do at Dukes Education is driven by a strong desire to nurture young people so they can achieve their true potential.

I am so excited for our future. We are in a privileged position: we have a unique opportunity to create dreams and inspire excellence in our students. Only time will tell what lies ahead but we will continue to evolve and have fun while we create and inspire!

Welcome to Dukes Education.

Each of our schools and organisations is different and brilliant in its own way. We love this about them and encourage this independence. But we’re also a team. We come together to learn from each other and get better at what we do.”
