An experienced reward specialist is sought on an interim basis by a prestigious University in the South-East. The role of reward manager is a critical one for the University and is the subject matter expert on Reward, who can research, develop, and implement reward mechanisms that support the achievement of the University’s strategic aims and objectives. A strategic, knowledgeable and pragmatic breadth of reward is needed in order to deliver a robust reward strategy. This is an area where there are choices to be made and it is important that reward is structured in a way that has, at its heart, the University’s unique history and ambitions. The role will be for six months on a fixed term contract and previous similar experience within a higher education environment is essential.
