Anderson Quigley is pleased to be working with a university in the North West on the appointment of an interim HR Operations Manager for c.12 months on an FTC basis. The role will offer blended working with 1-2 days on-site and the university will consider a 4 day week if necessary. The main areas of attention for the interim role include management of payroll, recruitment and contracts teams, as well as contributing to ongoing projects concerning immigration and UKVI compliance, service improvement and implementation of a new HRIS system. Significant experience of the above areas is essential and whilst previous Higher Education experience would be desirable, it is not essential.
