Interim HR Director – London based University

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be supporting a London based university on the appointment of an interim HR Director. This is a 9-month fixed term contract whilst the university recruits on a permanent basis.

As the successful candidate you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the university’s workforce and culture, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction in line with its mission.

We are looking for an interim who can demonstrate a track record in the following

Leading the ED&I agenda
Delivering academic restructures
Delivering pay & grading reviews
Conducting university wide cost saving exercise

This opportunity could also suit an up-and-coming HRD who has previously work at Deputy or Head of level. Equally, if you have been a director for a smaller institution in FE or HE, this role would be appropriate.
