Anderson Quigley are delighted to be working once again with a well-known social care charity on the appointment of an Interim ERP Programme Manager. They require a PM who will analyse the business case for ERP, what the costs/risks are, e.g whether they are GDPR compliant, look at process mapping etc. This person will need to go to board meetings and make a case for the above, they might need to partner with companies to implement the software as well. As this is a big change for the company, the PM will have to be hands-on, collaborative and patient, both with outside agencies and internal stakeholders. Once the operational groundwork is laid out, arrangements such as 3 days on-site and 2 days WFH can be looked at. The contract could run up to 2 years in length however this is currently in discussion. A quick interview process can be expected, as the desired candidate would ideally commence in January 2020.
