Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a London University on the appointment of an interim AD HR (Recruitment and Progression) for a 6 month FTC, to start ASAP. Over these 6 months, you will provide leadership, support and direction to the recruitment team, review recruitment processes and recommend changes for improvements. You will also work with HR and Comms colleagues across the university to refresh the employer brand and help make the university a more attractive employer within a highly competitive market.
Essential to the role will be high level strategic experience within: HR and recruitment process improvement, project management, developing and delivering a people strategy plan and target operating model, managing teams and providing leadership through change, and coaching, developing and advising various stakeholders at organisational level.
