Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a London University on the appointment of an interim AD HR (L&D and OD) for a 6 month FTC, to start ASAP.
Over these 6 months, you will provide leadership to the Learning and Development and Organisational Development teams, and support the Director of People in developing and implementing a total reward proposal, reviewing staff development (individual and team), and supporting continuous improvement. In summary, you will review the effectiveness of organisational values and make recommendations for further integrations over the interim period.
Essential to the role will be significant experience of working within staff engagement, recognition, wellbeing and inclusion – from developing strategy to operationalising it over an interim term. Higher Education experience is likely to be essential for this role. However, we are happy to also hear from anyone working within Third or Public Sectors, with whom the above strikes a chord.
