Anderson Quigley are delighted to be working with The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) on the essential appointment of their Director of Student Support and Wellbeing.

LIBF are a unique university college, who place a focus on making banking and finance education more accessible, and on enhancing social inclusion through better financial capability and literacy; A craft and pursuit which they have honed through a long-rooted history since their establishment in 1879. Not ones to rest on the laurels of their impressive 142-year history and royal charter, LIBF constantly seek to remain on the forefront of financial services education, with innovative courses launched within digital banking and fintech, and a rapid shift to digital education and services in recent years (LIBF Centre for Digital Banking & Finance).

Student experience, wellbeing and success is paramount to LIBF. Therefore we are looking for an outstanding Director of Student Services who will be responsible for the leadership, development, planning and overall management of Student Support and Wellbeing services. Reporting into the Managing Director, Hema Tank, this currently includes Student Support, Library, Assessments, Student Counselling, and Regulatory Matters. Previous experience of hands on, operational leadership within these areas will be essential, as well as strategic decision making amidst a context of growing student numbers within a small, specialist institution.
