Anderson Quigley are pleased to be working with Aldridge Education on the appointment of the Chief Operating Officer.

Aldridge Education is a multi-academy trust with schools located in West Sussex, London, Salford and Lancashire. We also have family links with Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, and we are the lead sponsor for Kensington Aldridge Academy, secondary school of the year in 2018. We ae now seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the Executive Team. The COO holds a key role in providing strategic support to the Chief Executive across all Trust matters, particularly around operational functions, including monitoring, measurement and reporting of strategic KPIs relating to those functions. The role holds responsibility for risk mitigation and the Trust’s approach to risk, all legal and regulatory requirements, governance, growth strategy, communications and the Trust’s financial sustainability. The COO’s portfolio covers finance, estates, IT, local governance and compliance.

We are looking for a leader with integrity, high standards and a bias for action, ideally with a professional accountancy qualification. You will bring expertise in legal and regulatory matters and the skills to lead on compliance. You will be able to evidence a track record of delivering excellent operational services and building high performing teams. You will be a strong relationship builder, naturally entrepreneurial and comfortable working at pace.
