Jacqui Francis, AdinaMay
Jacqui Francis runs the consultancy AdinaMay, providing a range of specialist recruitment services. She brings a constructive external perspective to senior recruitment campaigns for ministerial appointments, executive and non-executive roles and membership of regulators and expert bodies. Jacqui is a member of the Judicial Appointments Commission selection panels, and she serves on the Bar Standards Board, Independent Appointments Panel. Locally she is a Citizen Member of Birmingham City Council – Independent Remuneration Panel. Jacqui is a previous ministerial appointee Lay Adviser on the West Midlands Strategic Management Board responsible for public protection arrangements. She is a trustee of the Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham which includes seven cities and five counties; an area with over five million people.
Marcelle Moncrieffe, NED, Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust
Marcelle formally joined the Trust Board of Camden & Islington as a Non-Executive Director on 18 January 2021. Marcelle has 20 years HR experience with significant remits for cultural change and transformation in the UK and internationally. Marcelle is currently Group Chief People Officer at London South Bank University responsible for the People Culture and Inclusion Strategy, HR Business Partnering across EMEA, Workforce Transformation, Equality and Diversity and Group integration. Prior to her current role, Marcelle held a number of senior HR roles in Local Government and was Head of Human Resources at the BBC overseeing cultural change. Marcelle is currently on the Wellness Advisory Group of the British Academy of Management and is a fellow of the CIPD. Marcelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Law, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is completing a doctorate in Inclusive Leadership and Culture Change.
