As Camphill Village Trust (the Trust) approaches its 70th year, we are celebrating our history to define our future, our aspiration is to become an exemplar and national leader in Green Care and Environmental Sustainability, maximising our impact to create active, healthy lives for adults with a range of learning disability and Autism/mental health challenges.
We now seek to appoint a Director of Supported Living and Green Care, who can demonstrate an experienced and mature approach to horizontal leadership, working to the Chief Executive and in collaboration with the Director Group, Leadership Teams and wider Board and stakeholder groups. The role holder will make a significant, measurable, and effective personal contribution to the overall leadership of the Trust.
As our Director of Supported Living and Green Care, you will lead the transformation and re-integration of core services (care and support, enterprise, and educational and therapeutic activities), ensuring that strategies are impact and outcomes focussed, targets are measurable and purposeful, plans are clear and stretching, policies and processes and controls are in place, implemented and delivered against value for money, efficiency, and great quality standards and strong governance.
You will know what is takes to lead, empower, inspire, and develop individuals and teams to successful implement change, both operational and cultural, ideally within the not-for-profit or closely related sectors. You will appreciate the challenges in providing efficient and effective services but also be unafraid to innovate and find new solutions to old problems. The Trust is a fast moving and complex organisation, as such, you will be able navigate stakeholder relationships with ease, able to work with agility, turning ideas into reality. Above all, your creative, energetic, and dynamic leadership will ensure the Trust maximises its purpose in supporting others.
