Westminster School has ambitious growth plans and targets: we want to grow our endowment, continue with our capital projects and importantly, provide more bursaries for gifted pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our Development Department has a crucial role to play in achieving this which is why we are looking for an established and experienced Head of Major Gifts. This role offers a wonderful opportunity for a talented and highly experienced fundraiser with experience in major gifts / philanthropy to make a significant contribution.

In this crucial role you will focus on cultivating, soliciting, securing, and stewarding major gifts from our network of high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be an engaging individual who enjoys building long lasting relationships with major donors and ensuring that they see the impact of their generosity.
