Commission scheme

Our fee earning employees are part of the AQ Commission Scheme.


Our non-fee earning employees are eligible for our AQ Annual Discretionary Bonus Scheme.


We will match up to 5% contribution through our private company pension scheme or with our workplace scheme. All employees are given the opportunity to speak to our financial advisors when considering their pension options.

Death in service

All employees are part of the AQ death in service insurance cover of 4x base salary.

Private Health Insurance

From day one of employment at AQ staff are eligible to receive private healthcare. Our provider WPA is a dedicated health insurance provider and our cover is comprehensive.

Employee Assistance Programme

As part of our health insurance employees have access to an employee assistance programme that covers support and guidance around emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, legal matters and helping with money management.

Eye Checks

We offer annual eye checks through SpecSavers which entitles employees to a free full eye examination contribution towards the cost of glasses.

Cash back on Health Checks

We will give employees £200 cash back on recognised health checks. Recognised health checks can include Nuffield, Wellwomen or Wellman.

Cycle Scheme

We offer a cycle scheme which spreads the cost of a bike loan over a one year period.

Holiday buy back scheme

Employees can opt to buy holiday up to 10 additional days per holiday year.


After 5 years service with AQ employees are entitled to take a 1 month fully paid sabbatical.
